Meet Nina
Hi, I’m Nina Alferio, founder of Simply Pearly Organizing Services. Getting control of my own living environment helped me move forward in peace, and it taught me how much our homes affect how we feel and function.
Today, I’m a Level 2 Hoarding Specialist through the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD), with five years of experience helping clients through everything from everyday clutter to the most challenging homes. I’ve served as a lead supervising technician with a bio-hazard franchise and supported Fortune 500 executive relocations across the country.
I’m not a therapist, but I’m a darn good listener. I lead with a servant’s heart, and I personally oversee every project, so you can feel confident your home and belongings are in good hands.

Every home is different, so we don’t list set prices. For general organizing, you can send us a few photos of your space and we’ll share our hourly rate. For extreme clutter or hoarding situations, we’ll give you an estimate after an in-person visit.
Will I have to get rid of my things?
No. You make every decision about what stays and what goes. We may ask questions to help you think things through, but we’ll never force you to let go of anything.

Do I need to clean up before you come?
Not at all. Please don’t worry about preparing. We meet your home exactly as it is.

Yes. Since you make the decisions about your belongings, we need you on-site, but you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.
How long is a typical organizing session?
Most sessions last 4–6 hours. Larger projects are spread over several sessions so you’re never rushed.

Can I reach out on behalf of a family member?
Yes. Family members and loved ones are welcome to reach out. We’ll talk with you first, and since lasting change works best when your loved one is on board, we’ll help you think through how to involve them.
Do you clean homes too?
No. We’re organizers, not cleaners. Organizing focuses on decluttering, systems, and making your home functional. When a home needs specialized help, like biohazard cleanup or pest control, we coordinate with trusted remediation professionals.
