Hello, I’m Nina Alferio. As the Owner of Simply Pearly, and hoarding specialist through The Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD), I personally oversee every aspect of the process, so you can feel confident your space is in trusted hands. I lead with a servant’s heart — your satisfaction and unique needs always come first.
My passion for working with those dealing with hoarded homes came through my volunteer work with Westminster Home Connection, where I helped improve living environments for individuals with mobility challenges. ​ Ensuring safe daily navigation within the home and improving accessibility for emergency services.​
​
In addition to serving my personal clients I had the honor of being a supervising technician with a bio-hazard franchise that further enhanced my expertise working with individuals regardless the level of clutter.
I love discovering new ways to better serve my clients and feel truly blessed to use my knowledge and skills to support them on their journey toward a more organized, functional, and stress-free life.
